How does the 200-night trial work?
We want you to be sure about your sleep. You can test our mattress in your own home for 200 nights; if you don't love it, we'll collect it for free and give you a full refund.
Do I need to flip my Simba mattress?
No, our hybrid mattresses are engineered with specific layers for support and comfort, so they don't require flipping. We do recommend rotating it 180 degrees once a month for the first three months.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Standard delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I clean my Simba mattress cover?
The top cover of our mattresses is removable and machine washable at 40°C. This helps maintain a fresh and hygienic sleeping environment.
What kind of base works best with a Simba mattress?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm surfaces, including divans, solid slats, or sprung slats. Ensure the slats are no more than 75mm apart for optimal support.
Is there a warranty included?
Yes, every Simba mattress comes with a 10-year manufacturing warranty that covers any structural defects or sagging greater than 2.5cm.
